Hello and welcome to Lin Found It! I’m Lin Saingam and I’ll find your dream home!

A little bit about my background and me: I’m Thai and a native English speaker. Being bilingual is incredibly helpful and a tremendous asset when navigating the Thailand housing market. 

Before working in real estate, I spent over a decade immersed in the corporate world as an Executive Assistant to C-suite leaders of large international, highly matrixed companies. I am structured, detail-oriented, punctual, communicative and comfortable working under extreme pressure and tight deadlines. Most importantly, I’m incredibly passionate about real estate and design, which is why I launched my company Lin Found It.

I specialize in helping expats and their families find the perfect home in Bangkok. I was born and raised in Bangkok, so I know it well. It’s my home! My approach is to listen, research and recommend. I focus on your needs and requirements to ensure the properties I show "tick all the boxes."  I’ll never pressure you to make a decision, and I take pride in making the entire process transparent. My favorite part of my job is meeting and getting to know my clients, as this makes the job much more fun, and successful.

I am a strong negotiator and I always work to find the best compromise between clients and owners, in the most diplomatic way. I am my clients’ advocate and will always ensure their needs are met. I love my job, my clients and the owners I work with, and that’s helped me build strong relationships throughout the city. I know how important it is to find the right home, which is why I won’t rest until everyone is happy. 

I have six brothers, who keep me laughing and endlessly entertained, and an incredible husband whose love and support has been invaluable. And yes, I did find us the perfect home. I love food, traveling, cycling, hunting for unique decor, plants, sharing my secret shopping tips, and always having a good laugh!
