My family and I have lived in Thailand for 11 years. 6 years in Bangkok and 5 years on Koh Samui. We decided to relocate back to Bangkok and I started thinking about where we wanted to live . As we had lived in Bangkok before, I felt comfortable in my knowledge of the different neighborhoods and I was familiar with many of the condo and apartment buildings that accepted pets.

I did not think that I would need or want any help on finding our next new home. I started looking and reaching out to people, asking for recommendations on my Facebook groups for any new info on buildings that I might not know of. Lin's name kept coming up time and time again.I thought after a bit, what the heck- I will reach out to her and see if she can help. Perhaps she had some good leads on suitable homes for my family and I. 

That was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time! Not only is Lin incredibly friendly, she is very knowledgeable about the market, asks the right questions (and listens to the answers!!) and a A+ communicator! I told her what I was looking for and she delivered! She found my family and I the most wonderful condo in a fantastic area. One I never could have found on my own. She negotiated some special requests we had regarding the space and was always available to answer any questions I had as well as advocate on behalf of my family and I .

We have now moved into our condo and it is even better than I had imagined. I highly recommend Lin and her services. I do not anticipate moving anywhere for many years, but when I do you can be sure she will be first on my list to call.

Lin is one of the hardest-working professionals I’ve met in any sector - or country. She showed me 10 places in one day in an efficient blitzkrieg of house hunting. She negotiated down rents, an earnest deposit, controlled rent increase if I signed a multi year lease, and even got one place to agree to install ceiling fans. She probably did this all while riding on the back of a motorbike as fast/ efficient as she is. 

She connected with my teen son who is hardly uttering anything to me now days, coaxing from him his preferences like a trusted auntie vs someone we had just met. She has helpful inside industry info (think Anthony Bourdain’s “Kitchen Confidential”), and practical tips on traffic patterns, condo quirks, even design ideas. She’s a regular one-stop-shop, complete with noodle shop, bakery , designer and orthodontist recommendations. You don’t get just a house with her, but a home, which might explain her attention to details others might overlook. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just bricks, mortar and furnishings that make a home, but how a space and community make us feel. Lin is gifted at finding  sanctuary in what can be a loud, chaotic city- no matter your price point. Thank you, Lin, for pounding pavement on our behalf, and helping us find our way home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lin who is an outstanding realtor in Bangkok. Lin was not pushy and took all our needs into account and was honest about the options I had already seen online. After searching online for months for the perfect apartment, I found the one but faced challenges in securing it as they wouldn't accept a holding deposit. Lin dropped everything that day, met the owners face-to-face, and managed to secure the last available unit for us. She acted as the perfect intermediary, organizing all the improvements we wanted, and was always quick to reply. Her great personality and expertise in dealing with foreigners made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I found Lin through recommendations on Facebook, and she truly exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend! 

I reached out to Lin after seeing her recommended several times in a Facebook group. She helped my husband, my dog and I to find a lovely home, and negotiated rent prices, renovations and extra perks for us. She showed us both properties that I requested to see from other agents, and properties that I didn't see pop up online at all. 

It was lovely to have an agent that was willing to take the time to go the extra mile in finding a property that was truly the right fit, rather than trying to secure a deal - any deal - quickly, which has been my experience with some other agents.

Moving overseas is a huge daunting task, especially finding our next home with our fur babies. We were lucky to find Lin during our rental search while we were overseas and didn't expect someone who'd go above & beyond throughout the process! Lin made us feel at ease..she's very responsive, mindful and anticipated our concerns. She won't disappear. She dots the I and crosses the Ts. Very reliable & great communicator. My wife and I have been traveling to Bangkok for over a decade, and this year we finally decided to make this city our home. As you can imagine, moving across the world can be overwhelming and stressful.  The one thing that was stress free was finding our apartment. That’s because of Lin.

From the very beginning Lin was organized, professional, patient and always available for our many, many questions.  Part therapist, part real estate expert, part design guru, and part logistics wizard, she guided us through the apartment process with ease and a smile...showing us a myriad of options that addressed all of our wants and needs.  She listened, and her only agenda was to make sure we found a place that we loved.

The process was seamless and she negotiated our lease with incredible deft and skill. Lin handled it all with great ease, candor and a sense of humor. If you are moving to Bangkok, make sure to have Lin by your side.  To find a place to live and call home is a gift, and that was made possible because of Lin.  We’re so incredibly grateful to have found Lin and would tell anyone moving to Bangkok to make her their first call.

If you are a Bangkok Real Estate agent who wants to make more money it may be an idea to work in partnership with Lin: 50% of something is much better than 100% of nothing.

Lin is basically the Tesla of the Bangkok Estate Agency Market. I work in recruitment and I am yet to see anyone in my industry as driven as Lin. Not only is Lin highly professional, very engaging and honest. Lin is also very genuine, she listens to what you need as a customer and she genuinely cares about relationships, whether you are her client or her customer. I understand how the property market in Bangkok works and Lin is probably not paid what she deserves.

I would say that myself and my girlfriend are difficult to please when it comes to expectations: We were looking for location, size, competitive price, a great kitchen, western furniture and value for money (Admit it Lin, we were difficult) and Lin somehow delivered on all 6 areas and kept her patience. 

The other thing that impressed us about Lin was her reluctance to be transactional and “make a sale”. At no point where we “sold to” and we only managed to find the perfect apartment because Lin was passionate about this specific place and it's true value. 

You may not find anyone in Thailand who understands her market as much as Lin. You will certainly not find anyone who works harder and who communicates as well (And as honestly) as Lin.

I'm so glad I listened to all the recommendations, Lin truly is amazing. She had us moving into our condo within 24 hours of landing in Bangkok and made the whole process stress free! Communication on WhatsApp was so efficient as we were in different time zones and she always understood our very specific requirements. I really valued and trusted her expert opinion on the different condos she visited for us, and we are so happy in our new home! 

Lin worked with me to find an apartment while I still lived in the US, before arriving in Bangkok. She even did a video chat walkthrough of the apartment I ended up taking to help me make a decision. She is not just a thorough real estate agent, but a super friendly and helpful person. She works very hard to find what you are looking for. Having found a place before I arrived made the transition so much easier. I went right from the airport to my apartment. I would 100% use her again if I decided I'm moving, and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a place in Bangkok.

Lin was wonderful to work with. Lin is a true gem, best agent you can wish for in Bangkok and she understands your needs and demands from the 1st meeting you have with her! Not only that but she has amazing personality and always accommodating! She won’t waste your time and you can totally trust her shortlist and choice!!
