I am very happy to announce that I am launching new services in order to make your home an even more special place! One of the great advantages of working in real estate is that I get to see so many homes every day, be they houses, townhouses, condominiums or apartments. Some are stunning in the way the owners or the tenants have decorated their living space, others not so appealing and it is a shame when you can really see the potential!

I am therefore offering this new service to help home owners or tenants alike to design their living environment from floor to ceiling, and to nicely decorate it in order to make it all more homey. I also provide staging services to help rent or even sell a home quicker. This is what my services include: 

1. Visit the premises for initial identification of areas of improvements

2. Organize and oversee deep clean of the whole unit (as necessary)

3. Consultation, visualization and design of the new “look & feel” of your home

4. Putting a proposal of items for improvements with related costs for approval

5. Organizing and ordering all items from different vendors

6. Purchase Items & organize all deliveries including pick up and drop off

7. Staging items at the premises

8. Sign-off of home improvements and provision of receipts for purchased items 

9. Photo shoot to promote the home and to post on my Linfoundit website
